A couple that we recently had the pleasure to work with, has been living in their first condominium home and had been looking to move to larger space. When faced with the tight housing market, they decided to work with what they had. We took out a wall for them and updated their kitchen and appliances. We even discovered a hidden wall void that we were able to convert into a bonus laundry room.
