Dear Peregrine Clients,
Please know that we are taking the COVID-19 outbreak very seriously. We have communicated with our team and associates, directly and conveyed this message below. We will speak with you in person if we have not already, to be sure we are all on the same page regarding the precautions we will take together. We will keep a close eye on the situation and make adjustments as necessary as things unfold. Thank you for working with us on this matter.
Sincerely,
Tim
The rapidly developing situation leaves a lot of unknowns about what is coming down the line. Federal and State leadership has expressed the necessity for all of us to work together to avoid a rapid increase in infections which could overwhelm our healthcare system. We need to be vigilant and do our part and practice common sense by:
Keeping our hands washed or sanitized
Keeping office surfaces sterilized
Keeping our site work areas protected
Working remotely where possible
Not shaking hands
Staying home if you or a family member is sick
Not touching your face with your hands

We need to and will reassure our customers that we are taking this seriously and will do all that we can to keep their homes as safe as possible. We will keep our hands and exposed surfaces as clean as feasibly possible . We will also separate the work and living space as best we can to create some isolation. Engagement of our trade partners in this effort will also be of utmost importance. If someone is sick they need to stay home. If Covid -19 symptoms are present you need to visit your doctor.
Congress is in the process of passing a bill that will give an additional 2 weeks of paid sick time beyond our company policy as well as up to 3 months of paid family or medical leave if needed. The exact details have not been revealed but I will pass along the information when it is disclosed. Hopefully none of us will need to use this. We will be flexible and ready to help cover for team members who are sick or have to be home for children who are not in school so teams will not be left short handed for extended periods.
I will keep you up to date as things develop going forward. These are challenging times but we will get through them together and be stronger on the other side.
