We are looking for full-time skilled carpenters:
Strive to provide superior quality, value, and service
Understand the company’s mission, goals, and values
Understand that each employee is a representative of Peregrine and must always treat clients, crew members and all those involved with the utmost respect
Represent Peregrine as the honest company that it is
Perform carpenter tasks per the lead carpenters instruction
Prepare weekly timecard
Work on skill instruction with apprentice if applicable
Responsible for the quality of the work that has been assigned
Report to job site by time given by lead carpenter with all necessary tools and equipment, ready to work hard and efficiently
Willing to learn new skills and handle additional responsibilities
Relate any issues, concerns or ideas to lead carpenter
Keep job site clean and organized and be respectful of the client’s home and privacy
Maintain a good attitude towards co-workers and clients, working as a team
Willing to handle all aspects of carpentry, from framing, layout, materials take offs and finishes
