An unfinished space over a garage has been transformed into a beautiful new office with a home movie theater and wet bar that overlooks Lake Champlain.
Using the client’s wish for a fish tank we subdivided the 700 s.f. space into two rooms separated by wide opening and built a custom tank into one wall; on the opposite wall a gas fireplace balances the opening. Both the fish tank and gas fireplace are three-sided and create strong visual accents to both the living room and movie theater.
