Golf Course Contemporary

A common theme in home remodeling is wall removal. In this home, we removed a wall that created a barrier between the front entrance, the old kitchen and main entertaining area. The newly opened space now features a spacious kitchen, mountain views from the living room and a sunroom addition. The large quartz island really takes center stage and the kitchen becomes the heart of the home.

Previously, the garage entrance was a dark hall with limited storage. We borrowed space from the adjoining formal dining room to create the traditional Vermont mudroom, complete with hooks to store jackets and a custom bench to remove shoes and boots.

Some of the other stand out features are the curbless shower and hand-crafted cabinetry in the primary suite with a large tailored walk-in closet, custom paneling on the staircase, a spacious laundry room and new guest bathrooms.
