Our condo clients wanted a open kitchen concept that made more efficient use of the existing kitchen space. The wall that once separated the living/dining area was removed and made into a half wall. This allowed the views of Lake Champlain to been seen from the new island prep area. A bank of cabinetry that once hung in the middle of the room and separated the kitchen, was also removed. It essentially doubled the size of the room.
